"The sins of the unworthy must be baptized in blood and fear" the problem is most of the people who perform the black sacrament show themselves unworthy in their motive for wanting the victim dead. I also hate the hypocrisy of the dark brotherhood. Many other character sound the same and seem redundant but Cicero is completely unique. While the night mother is detestable to me as well, I love the dark brotherhood primarily because I feel it has the most dynamic character, namely Cicero. It will be gone from your inventory "quests I never want to complete".
(1 being the number of items you want deleted.) If you have a quest item you want to get rid of that you cannot drop, simply find the item ID by bringing down the console and typing:
